The number one compliment technicians receive while working on a customers appliance is “The girl who answers the phone and scheduled my appliance repair is great!  She was knowledgeable, friendly and just a joy to talk with.”  As I write this, I can confirm, Lauren Gillespie (my wife) is great and a joy to talk with.  She is the “glue” that holds our little appliance repair company together and without her we would sink!  I hear this compliment almost daily and sometimes try to claim credit for her superior customer service.
